CLIENT SERVICES
MAF’s Client Services Department is staffed by knowledgeable and dedicated Medical Case Managers committed to providing services to our clients. Services are free and confidential to eligible people living with HIV, who meet income and residency requirements.
If you are living with HIV, please consider becoming a client. Enrolled clients have no fees for their HIV medications, their medical insurance, to see their doctors or to have their labs completed. We strive for undetectable viral loads but more importantly, a healthy individual with dignity and quality of life. We can also help you apply for a rental subsidy and funding for utility bills, to lower your housing expenses. We have programs to cover these fees.
Our Prevention and Clinical Departments work closely with Client Services, introducing newly diagnosed individuals to a case manager during their appointments and frequently begin HIV medications that day, no insurance is needed.
Please contact 808-242-4900 if you have questions, for more information or to schedule an appointment. Mahalo!
Client Services hours: 9:00am - 4:00pm
